Over twenty years of experience in restaurant multi unit management, training and development for hourly and senior teams, creation of new and redesigned restaurants. I can understand the unique challenges that face this industry, which is why I'm excited to offer my restaurant consulting services. The execution of designs from multi-unit operations in a variety of upscale locations, quick casual, QSR, entertainment complexes and fine dining venues, have all been a part of my career. I have opened and successfully run my own consulting business, concentrating on the creation and reeducation of training programs, execution of opening training for venues and development of succession planning for all levels of operation.
My focus now is to bring all of my experience to the business of hospitality recruiting. I work as a market owner for E.H.S. Hospitality for Las Vegas and New Orleans. I also have positions available in Chicago, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver! Some of the greatest food cities in the United States and Canada, so I get to have a lot fun while I work!
